4th Round Pick Ramirez Signs

The Detroit Lions have signed fourth round draft pick Manuel Ramirez.  The guard out of Texas Tech started all four years in college.  The contract is for three years, but financial terms were not released.  Ramirez was named honorable mention All-Big 12 Conference by the league’s coaches last season and was a second-team selection in 2005.
