Lions quarterback Drew Stanton has undergone arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.  The team expects their second round draft pick to be out of action for two-to-four weeks.  Stanton was injured on Saturday and tests later revealed cartilage damage.  Doctors say the injury is not related to an anterior cruciate ligament tear suffered at Michigan State in 2003.  First round draft pick Calvin Johnson missed his sixth day of camp on Tuesday in a contract holdout.
