Lions Back on the Practice Field

Detroit Lions players have returned to practice for the first time since Thursday’s preseason win over Cincinnati.  The team went through a workout in pads yesterday.  Detroit plays at Cleveland on Saturday in the second preseason game.  Head coach Rod Marinelli said he was not satisfied with how his team ran the ball against the Bengals.  Detroit racked up 548 yards in total offense, but just 59 came on the ground.
