Lions Look for Three Straight in Philly Sunday

The unbeaten Lions will travel to Philadelphia to take on the winless Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.  The Lions are coming off consecutive victories over the Raiders and Vikings.  Detroit knocked off Minnesota with a 20-17 overtime victory in Week Two.  Jon Kitna threw for 245 yards and was intercepted four times but led the team down the field to set up a game-winning 37-yard field goal by Jason Hanson.  The Eagles have had a disappointing start to the season, opening with losses to the Packers and Redskins.  Donovan McNabb threw for 240 yards in Monday night’s 20-12 loss to Washington.  Brian Westbrook totaled 162 yards from scrimmage and David Akers booted four field goals in the setback.  Philadelphia won the last time these two teams met back in September of 2004.
