Lions coach Rod Marinelli is optimistic that rookie receiver Calvin Johnson and defensive end Kalimba Edwards will be able to play against the Redskins.  Marinelli said he thinks Johnson is feeling better.  Both Edwards and Johnson missed last week’s win over Chicago with injuries.  Defensive end Corey Smith and cornerback Keith Smith are also hurting and remain uncertain for this weekend.
