Bell Likely Inactive Against Bears

Lions coach Rod Marinelli is indicating that running back Tatum Bell will not be in his plans for this weekend’s game against the Chicago Bears. Kevin Jones started last week when Detroit hosted Tampa Bay and T.J. Duckett is listed as his primary backup. Avieon Cason is the third string back and also plays special teams, leaving Bell without a spot on the active roster. The Lions travel to Soldier Field in Chicago to take on the Bears on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
