Duckett Helps Lions Snap Losing Streak, Beat Chiefs 25-20

         
Both Detroit and Kansas City came into Ford Field Sunday with losing streaks - Detroit with a 6 game losing streak, while Kansas City was at 7.  Neither team exactly played inspired football and it took some late heroics by the Lions’ defense to enable Detroit to hold off the Chiefs 25-20.

Lions Look To Snap Skid Against Chiefs

Marinelli Takes Blame for Teams Losing Streak

Defense Gives Up 51 in Awful Loss to Chargers

The Lions lost their sixth-straight, falling to the San Diego Chargers 51-14.  Jon Kitna threw for 302-yards and two-touchdowns but was also picked off five-times.  San Diego’s LaDanian Tomlinson and backup Darren Sproles both rushed for over 100-yards and a pair of touchdowns.  The loss puts the Lions’ record at 6-8.
