Lions WR Roy Williams is done as far as the 2007 season is concerned.  The team placed him on IR today with a sprained PCL in his knee.  There was talk that Williams would be back for one of the last two games, but that is obviously not the case.  “I want to be a smart football player,” Williams told a local radio station on Monday. “If there’s no meaning to the Green Bay game (in Week 17), there’s no reason of going out there and tearing the PCL completely.”  Williams has 63 grabs for 836 yards and five TD’s this season.  Shaun McDonald has taken Williams’ place in the lineup.
