Lions Ink RB Cason, Guard Corey Hulsey

Lions have re-signed running back Aveion Cason to a one-year contract.  The team also signed free agent guard Corey Hulsey to a one-year deal.  Cason rushed for just 38 yards on 11 carries in 12 games last season, but ranked fifth in the NFC with 1,041 kickoff return yards.  The 28-year-old has rushed for 555 yards and three touchdowns over his seven-year career with Detroit, St. Louis and Dallas.  He also has 73 kick returns for 1,711 yards.  Hulsey has played in 40 games with 17 starts over five seasons in the NFL.  He was most recently with the Oakland Raiders from 2003-06.
