Lions Sign Darby

Offsetting the loss of defensive tackle Shaun Rogers, the Detroit Lions have come to terms on a three-year contract with former Seattle Seahawks DT Chuck Darby; Darby is a 7-year veteran who spent the last 3 seasons with Seattle.  A knee injury limited Darby to 6 games last season; he is expected to join the rotation of Cory Redding and Shaun Cody at defensive tackle.
