Pearson Charged with Battery on a Pregnant Woman

ProFootballTalk is reporting the following right now on the Lions #15 pick:
“We’ve heard from several folks that the Lions are expected to select Florida defensive end Derrick Harvey, if he’s still available at No. 15.

Lions Re-sign Wilson and Add P/K Ernster

The Lions made some moves on Friday, coming to terms with restricted free agent corner Stanley Wilson and signing free agent kicker/punter Paul Ernster.  Both players were signed to one-year deals.  The team also announced they had waived safety Patrick Body.  Detroit drafted Wilson in the third round, 72nd overall, out of Stanford in 2005. Lions Preseason Schedule Announced
