Posted in The Lions made some moves on Friday, coming to terms with restricted free agent corner Stanley Wilson and signing free agent kicker/punter Paul Ernster. Both players were signed to one-year deals. The team also announced they had waived safety Patrick Body. Detroit drafted Wilson in the third round, 72nd overall, out of Stanford in 2005. [...]

Lions Preseason Schedule Announced
The Lions announced their preseason schedule for the upcoming season. Detroit will host the AFC South champion Indianapolis Colts in the opener before traveling to Cincinnati to face the Bengals.
