Lions Agree To Extension With Bodden

The Lions and cornerback Leigh Bodden have agreed to a four-year contract extension.  Bodden came to Detroit via the trade that sent Shaun Rogers to Cleveland.  The deal  is worth a reported 27-million-dollars, including more than 10-million-dollars in bonus money.  He has two years remaining on his current deal and the extension will keep him with the Lions through 2013.
