The Lions could be without starting QB Jon Kitna Sunday when the team travels to Minnesota to play the Vikings. The QB missed practice today and had an MRI on his injured back that cost him the second half vs the Bears in Sunday’s 34-7 loss. Coach Rod Marinelli said he doesn’t know yet whether Kitna will be available Sunday, putting his streak of 36 consecutive starts in jeopardy. Today at practice the time under center was split between Dan Orlovsky and Drew Stanton.
