WR Furrey Placed on IR Due to Concussion

The Lions placed wide receiver Mike Furrey on injured reserve because of a concussion on today. Furrey managed just 18 receptions for 181 yards in nine games this season, two years after he had 98 receptions for 1,086 yards and six touchdowns for the Lions. Furrey suffered the concussion on November 9 against Jacksonville and has not played since.
