Lions QB Jon Kitna has not been at the team’s training facility, as other players on injured reserve often are, but that’s because Kitna almost certainly will not be in Detroit next season. Head coach Rod Marinelli conceded that Kitna probably would be healthy enough now to play, which is interesting because Kitna disagreed with the team’s decision to shut him down for the season when it did.
