Posted in MLive.com today says that if you have thoughts of the Lions taking a look or a flier on either QB Michael Vick of CB Adam “Pacman” Jones, you can forget it. Here’s the story:
In an interview today with the media, Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz touched on a variety of topics, including whether the team would consider signing embattled players such as cornerback Pacman Jones and quarterback Michael Vick. “We want to keep an open mind toward just about anybody but when you talk about Pacman or maybe Michael Vick, I don’t think we’re in a position as a team that we can go in those directions,” Schwartz said.
