Alex Marvez of Fox Sports is reporting that the Lions will be talking for former Houston Texans veteran offensive tackle Ephraim Salaam. The 32-year-old backed up Texans rookie Duane Brown last season after starting nearly every game in 2006 and 2007. He has also played with the Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
