Lions work out TE Cornelius Ingram

National Football Post reports that the Lions today worked out TE Cornelius Ingram.

The Detroit Lions kicked the tires on tight end Cornelius Ingram today, bringing him in for a tryout, according to a league source.

A fifth-round draft pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2009 out of Florida, Ingram has been plagued by knee issues, but is a talented player.

He isn’t the only player the Lions looked at. They also worked out tight end Madaris Grant and linebackers John Kerr and Marcus Waugh.
