Warrant Request for Unnamed Lions Player Denied

Mlive.com is reporting that the arrest warrant sought by the alleged victim in the January 3rd incident is expected to be denied.  The woman claimed she was inappropriately touched by an unnamed Lions player and last week a request for a warrant was made by the Plymouth Police.  The player’s attorney has said that his client was innocent from the moment word of the incident broke.

The player’s attorney is in the process of having the player’s name removed from all legal documentation so the player’s name is not connected with this incident.  The reason for the warrant denial is unknown.
