Jeff Backus Will Miss Start of Training Camp

Per Tom Kowalski, LT Jeff Backus won’t be ready to go for the start of training camp, but he should be sufficiently recovered to resume practice a week or two into camp.  This is good news for the Lions, especially Matthew Stafford.
