Stafford and Burleson Restructure Their Deals

A couple Lions are restructuring their deals to give the team some cap relief. First it was defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, and now the Detroit News reports that both quarterback Matthew Stafford and wide receiver Nate Burleson have also restructured contracts.

The two restructured deals for Stafford and Burleson will save the team about $10 million, which will be much needed as they get ready for free agency and the upcoming NFL Draft.
