Marijuana Possession Court Date For Nick Fairley Postponed

The court date for defensive tackle Nick Fairley has been pushed back, as now he will have to wait to get things settled till July 31st.

Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley will have to wait a little longer to find out what, if any, punishment he’ll receive on misdemeanor marijuana possession charges.

Fairley was due to be arraigned on Tuesday, but the court date has been pushed back to July 31st. According to the Detroit Free Press, Fairley’s lawyer requested the delay so that he could have more time to review the case. Fairley was arrested in early April after police found marijuana during a traffic stop.
