Free agent kick returner Josh Cribbs remains in demand. After meeting with Raiders, Jets and Giants this week, he’s on to Detroit next according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.
Cribbs reportedly passed the Raiders physical and was offered a contract. It was a knee that stopped Cribbs from getting a job earlier this offseason, as he had offseason arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his knee, and failed a physical with the Cardinals earlier in free agency.
Last season Cribbs averaged 12 yards a return on punts, and 27.4 yards per return on kickoffs.
