The Detroit Lions’ Week 15 game on Dec. 14th against the Minnesota Vikings has been flexed to a 4:25 p.m. start, the NFL announced today.
The game, originally scheduled for 1 p.m., will air on FOX.
The Lions-Vikings game is one of two games scheduled for a late-afternoon kick Dec. 14 on FOX. The Seattle Seahawks host the San Francisco 49ers in the national game that day, and the Philadelphia Eagles-Dallas Cowboys game is the NBC night game.
The Lions are still prime candidates to have their Week 17 game against the Green Bay Packers flexed to primetime if the NFC North title is on the line.
The Lions (8-4) are one game behind the Packers (9-3) after Green Bay won at home on Sunday against New England 26-21.
