The Lions are moving forward looking for their next coach as well as general manager after firing Matt Patricia and Bob Quinn.
Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports that the Lions will speak to former Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff.
As Pelissero tweeted out, Dimitroff is a two-time NFL Executive of the Year. He built the ATL team that reached the Super Bowl four years ago and was part of two championships in New England.
The 54-year-old Dimitroff is the second former GM known to be on Detroit’s interview list, along with Rick Smith.
They’ve also spoken to internal candidates as well.
