Rams game for Sunday a sellout

The matchup Sunday at home against the Rams have sold enough tickets to be televised locally.

The team announced Friday that Sunday’s sellout was completed after Gardner-White Furniture bought 800 tickets. The game will air live in the Detroit, Lansing, Saginaw-Flint and Toledo, Ohio, markets.

Lions President Tom Lewand said fans purchased a “significant portion” of the remaining tickets, which allowed the team to partner with the furniture retailer to complete the sellout.
