Hello Lions fans, week 7 against the Bengals was an exciting one, but disappointing for Detroit fans. This game was filled with big plays, scoring drives, and also mistakes.
This past Sunday, the Lions hosted the Cincinnati Bengals in Detroit at Ford Field. This game was challenging for both teams all the way down to the very end. With a very close game but a victory for Cincinnati, the Bengals leave week 7 with a record of 5-2, leaving the Lions with another loss making their record 4-3.
Kicker Mike Nugent, kicked a 54-yard game-winning field goal with only 4 seconds left to beat the Lions 27-24. Quarterback Andy Dalton finished this game 24-34, recording 372 yards and 3 touchdowns. Detroit quarterback Mathew Stafford completed this game 28-51, recording 357 yards and 3 touchdowns.
